Our Story

SoJo Kitchen & Co. was founded by 13 year old, Sohan Jhaveri, in the summer of 2020 during the heart of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sohan, Founder and Chief Executive Baker, always had a penchant for baking and cooking. Guided by his love of learning classical baking techniques and chocolatiering, Sohan studied and created pastry favorties, such as macarons, eclairs, other baked items, and chocolates! Sohan uses unique flavors and combinations in his creations to combine both his love to baking with his Indian/South Asian heritage.

With the encouragement of friends and family, SoJo Kitchen & Co. was born.

Sohan is an artisanal baker, creating everything in small batches. His macarons, pastries, bakery items, and chocolates are all carefully created and curated to achieve optimal flavor, quality, and sweet satisfaction!
